Time to brood.



You know, splitting your soul or becoming a vampire is sort of a heavy choice. I think he would honestly think about it. There's no other way and when he suggests she go in there herself and find her mother, she refuses. She does go in to check it out a bit but she comes back, shivering. She wants him with her and he has no choice. He takes more time before he finally comes up with his answer.

Soul Trap him.

She tells him she will but he MUST be certain. He agrees to it and she tells him she would never do anything to hurt him which he finds weird to say. But he lets it go. He's partially soul-trapped. They can go on.







Yeah, he wishes she killed him this is fucking bullshit. He asks her if she's SURE her mother has the damn scroll. She reassures him. So, they go to find her mother.



Funny, they get lost and Siddgeir hears of this horse. Only he expected a horse, not whatever the fuck that blue thing running around is. But they eventually stumble upon its skull and when he defeats the damn mistmen and the Soul who owned Arvak calls him a hero he's strangely... moved by it.





They find Valerica and when she snaps at Siddgeir he snaps right back because fuck you. When she tells of Serana dying for the prophecy he scoffs at it. Like he'd ever let her get killed. Valerica ridicules him and he does it right back because you know what? Fuck you. He's been fighting this shit when he should be in his Hold but now he's actually getting pissed. You know what? He's going to fucking kill Harkon whether or not she'll help him. Even if it takes his lifetime.



Serana sort of speaks up because really, she's been ignored over this for too long and Valerica still is negative of the whole thing. She 'helps' but sarcastically and Siddgeir doesn't care. They're seeing this through.



Serana's quite impressed as they go to find the Keepers and he tells her no one tells him what his intentions are. Then he sort of apologizes for yelling at her mother. She smiles.

Time to take down some Keepers. (Well, really, just one.)





First, grab back soul.





Then, after killing the Keeper(s), it's time to end this horrible time in the Soul Cairn.
